Canada Life Adds Value!

Canada Life has recently added value to their services

 

and products by allowing their clients to view the paramedical results online through Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories, their laboratory service provider. All insurance applicants have access to a web-based health report, which includes results of standard lab tests associated with their life and living benefits insurance applications.

The following items/actions will now be available to clients:
– A clear and thorough explanation as to why each test is performed
– Expected levels for each test
– The clients lab results
– Clients can now make life insurance loan payments online
– Clients will be updated through statement inserts

What does this mean to you?
Since April of this year, clients can get access to their standard lab test results by setting up a personal account and signing in to Gamma-Dynacare’s secure website. The paramedical nurse will provide clients with a brochure that explains the registration process. The results will be available to clients one month after their appointment. This will provide applicants with a personal and confidential snapshot of their current health and next steps they may want to take to improve their health. They are encouraged to consult with and share their results with their healthcare provider and advisor. As always, if results are of a significant nature, the client will be contacted directly; they will not be posted on the web-based report.
